Lifetime warranty on all knobs. This includes free re-polishing (you must pay return shipping to us).

We warranty all knobs free from manufacturer defects for life of the product. This includes inserts coming out or cracking of the knob. Fading of neon or bright colors left in direct sunlight is NOT covered. Misuse, dropping is not covered.

Returns are accepted (buyer to pay return shipping) on in stock, new and unused knobs and subject to a 20% restocking fee/free shipping cost. Initial shipping costs are included in the original price of the knob and will not be returned.

There is NO refunds on custom knobs. We start production as soon as it is ordered.

We ship to the address you enter automatically. We do not re-enter them manually. We do not check for accuracy. If a knob is returned to us for invalid address, you will be responsible for the 2nd shipping. (Typically around $4-$5). Please not our site has spots for BILLING and SHIPPING addresses. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address if you want it shipped somewhere else. We ship a lot of orders and it\’s not always possible to catch them or change them before shipping. We will do our best, but we are NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS.
