US Orders

All knobs ship free in the United States.

All apparel incurs a small shipping charge as it ships directly from the printer.

International Orders

All knobs have an actual shipping charge for international orders. The website charges a flat fee upon ordering. If the actually shipping varies by more than $1 either way, we will refund the difference or send a bill for the difference. This is based on the honor system.

For international apparel orders, a live shipping rate is used as it ships directly from the printer.

Insurance

All orders are insured. This does not mean they will be covered. That is up to USPS or whichever carrier is used. We will assist in any way possible, but cannot guarantee they will cover the loss or damage. For international orders, once it hits gets to the US border, we offer no further liability or insurance. Customs has been known to open packages and lose/destroy contents and it is nearly impossible to find it or get it covered and they do not care. I apologize for this, but it is out of our control. NautiWorx assumes no further liability after it reaches the US border.
